IDBI Bank officers form another association

A section of officers of government-owned IDBI Bank today said another association had been formed, which got affiliated with the AIBOC.

General secretary of the newly-formed IDBI Bank Officers' Association, E Swamy, said the new body would fight against the 'high-handedness' of the management and also guard against the proposed move to privatise the bank.

IDBI has another such association -- All India IDBI Bank Officers' Association -- which is affiliated to AIBOA, he told reporters here.
