Telecom operator Idea Cellular today launched a 3G WiFi dongle -- Smart Wifi -- for Rs 2,199 in 11 service areas where it has 3G spectrum.
"Idea 3G Smart Wifi dongle offers 21.6 Mbps download and 5.76 Mbps upload speed and is equipped with an in-built WiFi antenna which can also run on minimal power sources like laptop or car charging point to turn the device into a WiFi Hotspot," Idea said in a statement.
This dongle will be available across 11 markets - Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra & Goa, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh East & West.

Myntra.Com partners Wills Lifestyle for signature line * Online fashion retailer Myntra.Com today said it has partnered ITC's premium fashion brand, Wills Lifestyle to retail the latter's exclusive signature line.
With this partnership, Myntra.Com will be the first online player to offer a range of designer apparels from the Wills Signature Line to fashion enthusiasts across the country, Myntra said in a statement.
"Through this association, we will enable our growing customer base with seamless access to exclusive designer wear, particularly to those based in tier II and III cities," Flipkart Head of Fashion and Myntra CEO Myntra Mukesh Bansal said.
