PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss todaysaid his party's leadership would take a call only if he is offered any berth in Narendra Modi cabinet.

"Narendra Modi should decide on it...... As far as PMK is concerned, if anything is offered to us, my party leadership would take a decision on this," Ramadoss told reporters here.

NDA, which contested with a rainbow alliance in Tamil Nadu won two seats, with BJP and PMK bagging one seat each at Kanniyakumari and Dharmapuri respectively.

"There are only two representatives from Tamil Nadu (elected under NDA alliance). We are not just the representatives of our constituencies but also for the entire state and will take up the issues relating to Tamil Nadu," he said.

Pointing out that every state should be represented in the union cabinet for the welfare of the respective states, he said the two NDA MPs elected from Tamil Nadu would work together for getting developmental projects for the state.

"Every state should be represented (in the cabinet) for

its rights and resolving the issues of the respective states," he added.

Replying to a question what should be Modi's priority for

Tamil Nadu, Ramadoss said the Prime Minister-designate must look into the fishermen and river water issues.

Queried on the reported "non-cooperation" between alliance

partners of NDA that led to the failure in getting the desired number of seats in the state, he said every leader worked for the alliance without any differences.

"It is false. All leaders worked hard for the alliance.

There was no difference of opinion between us. The alliance was smooth."

He claimed DMK has begun to lose its ground in the state

and AIADMK would follow suit in the next elections.

Ramadoss also asserted that the same alliance that faced

Lok Sabha elections under NDA banner would fight in assembly elections.
