Illegal arms factory unearthed in UP, 3 arrested

An illicit arms factory was today unearthed and a notorious criminal, carrying a cash reward on his head, along with two others were nabbed following a raid here, police said.

Police raided a house in Baghauna village under Narhi police station area and arrested Bechu Ram and his two associates besides recovering a large number of finished and unfinished arms, Superintendent of Police R B Singh said.

Those arrested were planning to carry out bank robbery and murder to get their associate lodged in jail released, police said.
