Illegal arms unit unearthed, 3 held

An illegal weapons workshop was unearthed at Phutkichaka in Bihar's Khagaria district today following a raid in which three persons were also arrested.

Acting on a tip-off, police raided the village and found the illegal workshop operating from a house, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rakesh Kumar.

Four finished pistols, as many semi-processed weapons and a large quantity of raw materials for making guns were seized from the spot, he said.
