Illegal liquor seized from train in Assam

Illegal liquor valued at over Rs 1 lakh was seized from down Trivandrum Express at Rangia in lower Assam's Kamrup district today, RPF officials said.

A Railway Protection Force (RPF) recovered eight bags with 650 bottles of illegal liquor made in Arunachal Pradesh from the Trivandrum bound train during routine checking.

None was arrested in this connection, the officials said.
