India and Pak should continue steps to improve bilateral ties

The US has said India and Pakistan should continue to take steps to improve their bilateral relationship.

"Broadly speaking, we believe that India and Pakistan should continue steps to improve the relationship between the two countries," State Department Deputy Spokesperson, Marie Harf told reporters yesterday.

"Obviously, it is incredibly important for them to do so.

I don't have more specifics about what that should look like or what it might entail," Harf said.
