India has raised all the issues, including delay in giving licenses and clearances to domestic businesses, with the Chinese authorities in Vietnam, Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today said.
The Indian minister flagged the issues during her meeting with the Chinese minister in Hanoi. Sitharaman was there to attend the meeting on Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement.
"We had a bilateral meeting with the new Chinese minister. I hope the detailed discussions with him will bear fruit and he was positive about the issues we raised," she told reporters here.

The issues raised include delays in getting licenses, sanitary and phyto-sanitary inspections, non-basmati rice exports.
India has huge trade deficit with China. It stood at about USD 53 billion in 2015-16.
