An Indian passenger onboard Samjhauta Express was injured after he fell from his seat at the upper bunk of a sleeper coach.
Sikandar, a passenger of coach number two of Samjhauta Express, fell from the upper bunk and sustained injuries in his leg last night, DSP of Government Railway Police, Makkhan Singh said today.
Following this, the train was stopped at Jalandhar station at around 10.30 PM where he was given first aid and then the journey was resumed, he said.

Sikander, a resident Jama Masjid area in the capital, was returning to Delhi from Lahore after meeting his relatives there, he added.
"The train was stopped for 14 minutes at Jalandhar station although it doesn't have a scheduled stoppage here," Singh said.
