Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial recovered moderately in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on renewed demand from shippers and soap industries.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil held steady in the absence of any major buying.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 35 per 100 kg to Rs 4,200 from Friday's closing level of Rs 4,165 and castoroil commercial moved up by Rs 7 per 10 kg to Rs 870 from Rs 863. Linseedoil closed unchanged at Rs 760 per 10 kg.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unaltered at Rs 780 and Rs 555 per 10 kgs respectively.
