Castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial weakened further in an otherwise listless Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following reduced demand from soaps and shippers industries.
While groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseeds oil held stable in the absence of any large-scale buying.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold slid by Rs 50 per 100 kg to Rs 4,640 from Wednesday's close of Rs 4,690 and castor oil commercial moved down by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 958 as against Rs 968 yesterday.
Linseeds oil ended unaltered to Rs 780 per 10 kg.
Moving to edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 930 per 10 kg and Rs 521 per 10 kg, respectively.
