Intense cold, fog in Rajasthan

Intense cold wave conditions prevailed in Rajasthan, with Sriganganagar recording a low of 1.9 degrees Celsius, a MeT office spokesperson said today.

Bikaner, Dabok, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Barmer recorded minimum of 4.6, 6.5, 7.2, 7.9, 8.1 and 10.7 degrees Celsius respectively.

Dense to very dense fog also covered the isolated parts of the state, the Met said, adding the situation would remain the same during next 24 hours.
