: A four-day international conference on Gynaecological Endoscopy will be held here from Oct 9.
Live surgery workshop will also be held as part of the conference, International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy, organisers, said in a press release here.
Justice C N Ramachandran Nair will inaugurate the conference whose highlights include hands-on session on endosuturing, hystero trainer/Virtual reality simulator and master classes.
Pioneers of endoscopic surgery, both national and international will be performing live surgeries and young talented surgeons will assist them.
There will be panel discussions addressing clinical scenarios and dilemas along with debates on current and controversial practices.
More than 1,000 delegates from all over the country and other Asian countries were expected to attend the conference, it said.
