J-K: Army jawan killed in road mishap

An Army jawan was killed and another injured when the vehicle, in which they were travelling, skidded off the road and rolled down a gorge in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district today.

Sumesh Singh posted at Kupwara died as an Army truck, which was on way to Srinagar from Udhampur rolled down into a gorge near Banihal, officials said.

The injured jawan was airlifted to command hospital at Udhampur, they said.
