J&K govt to ensure basic amenities to all: Bhalla

The state minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation said this while addressing a public gathering here.

"State government was striving hard to make available all basic amenities in urban as well as rural pockets in Jammu and Kashmir," Bhalla said.

Listing the various development schemes being implemented in the state, the minister said the government was determined to ensure that the benefits of various state and centrally-sponsored flagship programmes percolate down to the grass root level.

Bhalla also urged for people's cooperation, saying that it was vital for execution of development projects and effective implementation of various schemes.
