J'khand CM congratulates ABVP

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today congratulated Akhil Bharatia Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) for winning polls in Ranchi University.

ABVP, he said, had been successful in winning the students' confidence, an official release said today.

Wins by ABVP in all the five universities in the state showed which side the youths were and what they desired, indicating development, Das added.
