Jamshedpur FC signs Steve Coppell as head coach

Indian Super League side Jamshedpur Football Club today announced the signing of Englishman Steve Coppell as their head coach for the upcoming ISL season.

The former Manchester United star and international joined the Jamshedpur-based franchise after a successful stint with Blasters.

Under Coppell, a former Manchester City manager, Blaster finished runners-up last year.

also announced the signing of former player Ishfaq Ahmed as the assistant coach of the franchise. Ishfaq has also been working with Blasters for the last two years as an assistant coach.
