Jaya appoints new Secretary for Kerala party unit

AIADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa today made certain changes in the party ranks in the poll-bound states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Jayalalithaa 'relieved' Srinivasan Venugopal as her party's State Secretary of Kerala and replaced him with its Treasurer A L Pradeep.

Srinivasan has been made Treasurer of AIADMK's Kerala unit, she said in a statement here.

She removed M M Babu as Chennai (South) District Secretary and replaced him with V N Ravi.

She allo announced appointments to various party fora like the 'J Jayalalithaa Peravai' in both Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
