Jennifer Lawrence's private jet forced to make emergency

Actress Jennifer Lawrence was unhurt after the private plane she was flying in reportedly suffered a double-engine failure and was forced to make an emergency landing in Buffalo, New York.

The flight was departing from Louisville, Kentucky, 26- year-old Lawrence's hometown, reported E! online.

During the flight, one engine reportedly failed at cruising altitude and forced the plane to make an emergency landing in Buffalo.

During the landing, the remaining engine also failed.

Pilots were able to land the plane safely and Lawrence has survived the ordeal unscathed.

Lawrence is yet to comment on the incident.
