Fashion designer Jessica Simpson is reportedly selling her Beverly Hills home for USD 7.995 million.
The 32-year-old pregnant singer recently moved into a new house formerly owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne with her fiance Eric Johnson and their daughter Maxwell, reported Aceshowbiz.
Simpson believes there is no point for her to keep her old home, now that she has a new place to live with her growing family.
Her Beverly Hills home is a 5,500-square-foot custom-built which has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It features a walled and gated stone courtyard leading to a pond, and a family room opening out to a park-like area and swimming pool.
Simpson is currently expecting her second child, a baby boy.
