Flight operations of Jetlite airways between Gorakhpur and Delhi, which were suspended in December last year due to inclement weather conditions, would resume on February 11, sources said today. Operations would recommence after slight improvement in the weather, they said. The city, however, still remains cold and foggy with the MeT department predicting thundershowers during the next two days. The flight service was cancelled from December 15 to January 14, the period of which was extended as the visibility was poor. Meanwhile, a new weekly train between Barrackpore (West Bengal) and Azamgarh would be introduced from February 11, a North Eastern Railways spokesman said. The upcoming train will cover Naihati, Bardhaman, Durgapur and Barauni stations en route.
