Press Trust of India Jamshedpur
An unidentified person is reported to have died of heat wave at Adityapur in adjoining Seraikela-Kharswan district of Jharkhand today.

Police recovered the body of apparently a middle-aged begger from under a roadside tree near Majhitola area.

Though heat wave seemed to be the preliminary cause of the death, the exact reason could be confirmed after post-mortem, police said.

The maximum temperature in and around the steel city here was hovering over 40 degrees Celsius for the past few days with 40.1 degrees Celsius being yesterday's reading.
