"The Rum Diary" star Amber Heard does not want herself and her co-star Johnny Depp to become a celebrity couple.
The 26-year-old bisexual actress, who is reportedly dating the superstar, said she was determined to avoid the stereotypical "celeb" lifestyle, reported MTV online.
"It's not part of my professional life. I want to be an artist. I don't want to be a celebrity. Can you ever imagine yourself in a situation like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, where the world feels like they have a stake in your private life?
"I would never want it. I guess I could not hold hands with who I want to, but what kind of life would that be? I don't want to change just because people are watching," she said.
Amber and Depp were spotted together on a dinner date recently.
