Troubled star Amanda Bynes will remain under conservatorship until at least February 2015.
A judge in Ventura County, California ruled the 28-year-old actress to stay under conservatorship after the judge turned away a lawyer named Art Santiago who appeared in court on her behalf, reported People magazine.
The judge said that Art could not represent Bynes because he's "not her court-appointed attorney, thus striking out her bid for legal and financial freedom."
Art claimed he had been in contact with the troubled actress for the past two weeks. The lawyer also said he "convinced her to voluntarily take her medication" and had been "following her progress.
