Justice C S Karnan at it again

Controversial Justice C.S. Karnan of the Madras High Court has again written a letter to the Chief Justice complaining that he was "harassed" and "insulted" by him.

Stating that the assignments given to him in Madurai and the Principal seat and the court administration have been causing him "mental imbalance and a distraught view persists among my brother judges and other cadres of judiciary".
