Juvenile home inmate died due to lack of treatment

 

"Kishan Kumar was not given proper medical treatment due to which his condition deteriorated. He died today while being taken to hospital," the boy's father alleged.

Protesting the incident, the inmates of Bal Samprekshan Grih went into a rampage, DM Sanjai Kumar said, adding that the situation was later brought under control.

Following the incident, Kumar ordered for a probe into the incident and suspended the remand home superintendent Hari Lal, who is absconding.
