Jyothy Laboratories rejigs top management

K Ullas Kamath, Joint MD of the company, has also been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer

In a top management reshuffle, FMCG firm Jyothy Laboratories Ltd today said its Joint Managing Director K Ullas Kamath has been entrusted with an additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.

"K Ullas Kamath, Joint Managing Director of the company, has also been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer of the company," Jyothy Laboratories said in a BSE filing.

The company added that consequent to appointment of Kamath as CFO, M L Bansal will be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company.

The company has 10 brands in its kitty including Ujala, Maxo, Exo, Henko, Pril, Margo, Neem, Fa, Mr.White and Chek.
