Kangra wins South India 1000 Guineas

Kangra, ridden by A Sandesh, won the South India 1000 Guineas (Grade-II), the main event of the races here today.

The winner, trained by S S Attaollahi, and owned by Marthan Singh Mahindra, Reina Mahindra and Prabhakar Reddy P.

Jockey Sandesh and J Chinoy rode two winners each on a day when five favourites obliged in a card of seven events.
