Katie Holmes, daughter meet Hillary Clinton

"Dawson's Creek" alum Katie Holmes took to Instagram to share a picture of her and daughter Suri Cruise meeting the Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton at a private fundraiser event in New York.

The black-and-white picture saw Holmes, 37, in a black long-sleeved shirt alongside her daughter Suri who held a plush toy.

Hillary was joined by her daughter Chelsea Clinton who was pictured talking with Suri.

They were all smiles in the said picture. "Mothers and daughters," the 37-year-old actress captioned it, adding the hashtag "we are with hillary" and a heart emoji.
