TDP Monday alleged that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had ditched the people by prematurely dissolving the assembly before its term ended and was behaving like 'a feudal lord'.

"KCR (as Rao is popularly known) turned the cash rich state into a poor one with his wrong decisions. He is also scared of the Grand Alliance with peoples agenda.

People gave you a mandate for five years. What prompted you to dissolve the house prematurely? Is it not ditching the people ?," TDP state unit president L Ramana charged.

He alleged that there was a lot of misappropriation of funds in the last four years and threatened that TDP would expose KCR's "misdeeds" during the election campaign.

"The state has spent about Rs eight lakh crore (in the past four years). That is public money. Where have you spent that amount? We will not leave it just like that," he alleged

He claimed that many leaders were vexed with KCRs style of functioning and were looking to join the 'Grand Alliance.'

He alco charged the ruling TRS with trying to foist false cases against the opposition party leaders, including himself.

Meanwhile, a sectionof TDP cadres staged a protest at the partys headquarters here, demanding tickets for their leaders.

Ramana pacified them, party sources said.
