Arvind Kejriwal will move the High Court after the Assembly elections against the Election Commission (EC) order directing him to desist from commenting on BJP and Congress allegedly distributing money to voters, AAP said tonight.

A spokesperson of the party said that, "We will move the High Court against the Election Commission after the election. But at the moment we will fully respect the EC order".

Earlier, the EC had warned Kejriwal that it will be constrained to take stern action against him in the event of any further violation.

However, a senior AAP functionary said that the party will move HC because it believes his comments "were in the same spirit of the crusade against corruption waged by the party.
