Kellan Lutz splits from longtime girlfriend

"Twilight" hunk Kellan Lutz has reportedly split from his longtime girlfriend Sharni Vinson.

The 28-year-old actor has been dating Vinson since 2011, but the couple parted their ways earlier this month, reported Contactmusic.

Lutz and Vinson met during the audition of "Step Up 3D". Vinson grabbed a role in the movie, while Lutz did not.

Lutz then went on to play vampire Emmett Cullen in the "Twilight" series.

He recently praised Vinson's romance skills after they enjoyed St Valentine's Day together in February.

"Let's just say that I did it so well that she was surprised that I didn't propose to her," Lutz had earlier said.
