Kerry Washington to star in romantic comedy

'Scandal' star Kerry Washington has signed on to play the lead in MGM's romantic comedy 'Is He The One'.

Malcolm D Lee will direct the movie from a script by DJ Richardson and Michelle Morgan, reported the Entertainment Weekly.

The film opens with a bride (Washington) getting ready for her wedding. Through flashbacks, the film recounts her three serious relationships. It will end with the 37-year-old actres walking down the aisle, but who will greet her is unknown.
