Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will lead a 19-member strong team of officials from the top business organisations in the state on an upcoming tour of the USA and Canada with a view to attracting investment.
An official spokesman said here today that Haryana Industry and Commerce Minister Abhimanyu, too, would be accompanying the delegation.
During the visit, which lasts from August 16 to August 24, the delegation would visit New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Vancouver and Toronto.

It would hold deliberations with leading industrialists in the US and Canada along with Non-Resident Indians.
"The objective would be to woo them to invest in Haryana in the key areas of food processing, information technology/ information technology-enabled services, solar energy and renewable energy, mass rapid transit, skill development, defence production -- aerospace and defence, etc.
Apart from that, the delegation would also hold meetings with the United States India Business Council (USIBC) and Canada India Business Council (CIBC), he said.
The business delegation accompanying the chief minister would include top officials of various business entities located at Gurgaon, Yamunanagar, Faridabad, Karnal and Rohtak, the spokesman added.
