Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has been pictured stepping out for the first time since giving birth.
The new mother, her daughter North West and the baby's father Kanye West were spotted in a medical facility in Los Angeles, reported TMZ online.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was seen wearing a baggy shirt and black pants with a jacket tied around her waist.
West also dressed casual in a blue hoodie and black pants. He carried a big bag with him. The couple looked happy and healthy. North West was carried by a nanny with a white blanket covering her car seat.
It was recently reported that Kim would not show up in public before "getting back to 115 pounds."
"Kim said when she comes out and gets photographed for the first time she wants to look hot, hot, hot. With the help of a trainer, Kim has lost 30 pounds," a source said.
