Kings XI Punjab arrive for 2 IPL matches

Kings XI Punjab team arrived here today for their IPL Twenty20 cricket matches to be played at Barabati stadium in Cuttack.

Soon after their arrival, the players were taken to a hotel from the airport amid tight security where they were accroded a warm welcome.

Punjab are slated to take on Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders on May 7 and 11 respectively.

Elaborate security arrangements have been made by the police after discussions with Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) and IPL match organisers.
