FC Goa co-owner and star cricketer Virat Kohli has praised his team for winning its Indian Super League (ISL) game against FC Pune.
FC Goa got back to winning ways in the third season of the ISL after they defeated FC Pune City 1-0 at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune on Thursday.
The Indian Test skipper has been actively following the team's performance and regularly sends messages of support for his side.
Having watched the Gaurs dismantle the FC Pune City defence, Kohli was happy with the performance and took to Twitter to express his delight.
"Great defending today. It doesn't take time to turn the tide to winning for @FCGoaOfficial," Kohli, who turned 28, tweeted after the game.
