Kourtney, Scott Disick co-parenting in Hawaii

Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian has shared a picture with former partner Scott Disick in which they are seen holidaying with their three children in Hawaii.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star took to Instagram to post a selfie with her ex flame.

"Mom and Dad back at it again with the co-parenting skills," Kourtney captioned the picture, in which she and Disick can be seen sporting matching aviator shades and pose around lush green landscape.

Disick had earlier shared a adorable photograph of his brood looking out a French window at a grove of palm trees, shrubbery and a nearby hiking trail.
 

"Life," he captioned the Instagram post.

The duo are parents to Mason, 7, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 2.
