KP wins NASSCOM-DSCI excellence award

The cyber section of Kolkata Police has been awarded with this year's prestigious NASSCOM-DSCI excellence award, a senior officer of the Force said today.

"Our cyber cell has been awarded with this year's prestigious NASSCOM-DSCI (Data Security Council of India) Excellence Award for capacity building of law enforcement," the officer said.

The section was awarded during an All India Security Seminar recently held in Gurgaon where cyber units from different state police forces all across the country had participated.

"This national recognition motivates us to work even harder. We are sure that your good wishes and support are always with us," he added.
