Kushwaha again sent to 14-day judicial custody

Bahujan Samaj Party MLA B L Kushwaha was again placed in 14-days' judicial custody by a local court here in connection with a murder case.

According to prosecution sources, the latest order was passed by the court of additional chief Judicial magistrate.

On October 18 also, a local court had remanded the BSP MLA to 14-day judicial custody.

Dholpur MLA Kushwaha was arrested last month, in connection with a murder case, after he surrendered before the Rajasthan police in Jaipur.

Khushwaha was arrested for an alleged murder which took place in December 2012 in Dholpur.
