L&T Infrastructure Finance Company will raise Rs 750 crore on private placement basis via non convertible debentures.
"... Has informed BSE that the company intends to issue secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 25,00,000 each, amounting to Rs 750 crore, on private placement basis," L&T Infra said in a BSE filing.
The infrastructure developer did not specify where would the proceeds from NCDs will be used.
