Lady Gaga sponsors lunch for homeless youths

Pop star Lady Gaga thrilled a group of gay and lesbian youths here when she showed up unannounced at a homeless shelter with lunch.

Just days after revealing all about her struggles with post traumatic stress during a visit to a homeless shelter for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) youths in Harlem, New York, the "Poker" Face singer surprised another bunch of troubled youngsters.

This time, a shelter in East London was the destination, reported Contactmusic.

The 30-year-old pop star spent four hours chatting to youths behind closed doors and even sang songs to them.

She also handed out treats she had picked up from a nearby Whole Foods grocery store.
