Last batch of devotees leave for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra

The last batch of pilgrims today left for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra in Kathmandu from the national capital.

"A total number of 904 pilgrims have been sent off for this year. The government has extended all courtesy and assistance of boarding and lodging during the stay of the yatris in the city," said Divisional commissioner-cum- Principal Secretary, Dharampal.

The first batch of 56 pilgrims was send off by the Lt Governor on June 11.

Dharampal said that Delhi Government is providing a financial assistance of Rs 30,000 each to the pilgrims of Delhi.
