Leopard skin recovered, man arrested in Neemuch district

The police today arrested a 52-year-old man under the Manasa police station area near here and recovered a freshly removed leopard skin from his possession.
On a tip off, police nabbed Badrilal Patidar, resident of Mandsaur district, who was going to sell the skin to a tantrik, superintendent of police Manoj Singh said.
Patidar told the police that he had purchased the skin from a man called Radheshyam, a resident of Salarmala area in the district, for Rs one lakh, the SP said.
Police have registered a case under IPC and the Wildlife Protection Act.
