Life sentence to man for raping minor
A man has been sentenced to life imprisonment by a court here for raping a teenager four years ago.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Ashok Kumar yesterday awarded life sentence to Mobin (45) for raping a 16-year-old girl in Aurai area here.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on him.
Mobin had raped the minor girl on September 4, 2010. Later, the victim's mother had lodged an FIR in this connection.
