Light rains experienced in Rajasthan

Light rains were today experienced at few places in Rajasthan including the state capital, the MeT deartment said here.

The state capital received 15.8 mm of rain from morning till evening, while Chittorgarh, Kota recorded 22 and 2 mm respectively, MeT officials said.

Light to moderate rainfall was experienced at Kota, Jaipur, Bharatpur, Ajmer, Udaipur and Bikaner divisions whereas the weather in Jodhpur division remained dry.

The Met department has issued warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places in southeastern parts of the state during the next 24 hours.
