Linseed oil prices recovered smartly in an otherwise listless oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today owing to renewed demand from shippers and soap industries.
While, groundnut oil, refined palmolein, catorseed bold and castoroil commercial all ruled stable in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In non-edible section, Linseed oil rose by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 860 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 850. Castorseed bold and castoroil commercial ended unaltered at Rs 3,125 per 100kg and Rs 655 per 10kg.
Moving to edible segment, Groundnut oil and refined palmolein prices closed unchanged at Rs 930 and Rs 520 per 10kg each, respectively.
