Load tolerance trial on Palakkad-Pollachi section tomorrow

: A 42 wagon fertilser goods train will be run on the newly converted Broad gauge line between Palakkad town and Pollachi junction to test load tolerance, Southern Railway said today.

The train will run via Palakkad Town to Pollachi between 1200 hrs and 4 PM, depending on its arrival from Mangaluru.

It will continue its journey from Pollachi to Madurai and Tiruchhirapalli, Railways said in a release and urged people to keep off the track in the section and be cautious at level crossings.
