Lok Adalat releases 14 undertrials
A special Lok Adalat has released 14 undertrials lodged at the district jail here after deciding their cases, said jail officials today.
They were involved in petty offences like theft.
Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Garima Choudhary ordered the release after deciding their cases yesterday.
The special Lok Adalat was held to check the rising number of prisoners at the district jail.
