Lt Guv to use video conferencing to receive complaints

Lt Governor Kiran Bedi today announced people of Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam regions of the Union Territory can register their grievances with her through video conferencing system.

Bedi would interact with the people through video conference mode from the Raj Nivas at appointed time and day for the respective regions, an official release said.

Consequent to this arrangement, the Lt Governor would have open house session with the people of Puducherry in Raj Nivas from 5 p.M. To 6 p.M every day from Monday to Wednesday.

Government staff and retired employees can submit their representations on all Wednesdays at Raj Nivas from 6 p.M. to 7 p.M, the release said adding the system would come into force from tomorrow.
